The most recent model in the LCP lineup, the Ruger LCP MAX continues to build upon the design of its predecessor, the Ruger LCP II. The definitive pocket-sized personal protection pistol, the LCP MAX measures less than 1″ wide and weighs under 11 ounces. The Ruger 380 delivers a higher max capacity as well, featuring a 10-round double-stack magazine that provides a flush fit and maintains the gun’s low profile. The Ruger LCP MAX‘s textured grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip, while its slide features raised cocking ears and functional serrations for easy manipulation.

The LCP MAX‘s slide and frame also feature soft, smooth edges for comfortable carry and handling. Its tritium front sight comes with a white outline, allowing for fast acquisition in all light conditions. The MAX’s rear sight contributes to this as well with a generous u-notch for easy alignment. Its patented barrel cam geometry delays unlocking, slows the slide, and ultimately reduces felt recoil compared to other .380 pistols.

The Ruger LCP MAX is built with the same footprint as the LCP II, allowing it to fit in most LCP II holsters while holding more rounds. With a max capacity of 10+1 (or 12+1 with an extended magazine), the LCP MAX provides increased firepower from its earlier counterparts.
