The RISE 22 ARC AR-15 upper receiver pairs a precision 18 in 416R stainless steel fluted, button-rifled, air-gauged barrel with a free-floating skeletonized aluminum handguard. Built for consistent accuracy, the rifle-length gas system and 1:7 twist support a wide range of 22 ARC loads, while the 1/2×28 threaded muzzle makes it ready for common muzzle devices.
