The Bergara BMR-X Steel is a precision-oriented bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in .17 HMR. Its heavy #6 profile chrome moly steel barrel provides a stable shooting platform, while the 18-inch barrel is threaded 1/2×28 and protected by a thread protector. The synthetic stock features an adjustable length of pull, vertical grip, and flat forend for a comfortable, controlled shooting position. A 30 MOA Picatinny rail supports optic installation, and the externally adjustable Bergara Performance Trigger allows shooters to tune the trigger for a more precise feel. The rifle includes both 5-round and 10-round magazines.
