The Freedom Ordnance FX-9P8S is a compact 9mm pistol built around familiar AR-style controls and a straight blowback operating system. Its billet aluminum receivers are finished in OD Green, while the barrel, bolt, feed ramp, extractor, ejector, and last-round hold-open components receive a durable hard nitride treatment. The 8-inch chromoly steel barrel is threaded 1/2×28 and paired with a faux suppressor muzzle device. A 7.5-inch M-LOK Ultra Slim rail provides flexible accessory mounting, and the SB Tactical SBA3 brace supports a stable shooting position. The FX-9 accepts Glock-style double-stack 9mm magazines and includes an optics-ready upper receiver, but factory standard models do not include iron sights or a pre-installed optic.
