The Hi-Point HP-15 is a 5.56 NATO pistol built around forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers. Its 10.5-inch 4150 chrome-moly vanadium barrel uses a 1:7 twist and comes threaded 1/2×28, with an A2 birdcage flash hider installed. A 9.5-inch M-LOK handguard provides space for compatible accessories, while the blade-style brace supports a compact configuration. The pistol uses a semi-automatic action, a 90-degree manual safety, an A2-style polymer grip, and a carbine-length gas system. It includes one 30-round magazine and a cable gun lock.
