The Chiappa Rhino 60DS Matchmaster is a six-shot .38 Special revolver built around Chiappa’s low-bore-axis design. Unlike conventional revolvers, it fires from the bottom chamber of the cylinder, placing the bore closer to the shooter’s hand to help reduce muzzle rise and perceived recoil. The lightweight aluminum alloy frame and barrel shroud make the six-inch revolver easier to carry, while the enclosed internal hammer provides a snag-resistant profile and supports both double-action and single-action fire. A visible cocked indicator shows the internal hammer status. This Matchmaster configuration features a gray PVD finish, Hogue Micarta grip, and an Aristocrat adjustable rail sight for a clear, adaptable sight picture.
